APPLICATION FOR RECIPROCAL ADMISSION PURSUANT TO MAINE BAR ADMISSION RULE 11A
In order to apply for admission pursuant to Maine Bar Admission Rule 11A, you will need to complete both the Maine Supplemental Application for Reciprocal Admission Pursuant to Maine Bar Admission Rule 11A and the NCBE Application for Preparation of a Character Report. Applications for reciprocal admission under Maine Bar Admission Rule 11A may be withdrawn at any time by notifying the Board, in writing, of an applicant’s intention to withdraw the application. Pursuant to M.B.A.R. 6, application fees are nonrefundable. However, the Board will credit the application fee of any reciprocal applicant toward the application fee to sit for the Maine bar examination, provided said examination application is received within two (2) years of the date of withdrawal of the reciprocal application.
