1. The Board will no longer provide copies of past essay questions now that it has adopted the Uniform Bar Exam. You may contact the National Conference of Bar Examiners for copies of past MEE and MPT essay questions.
2. Upon request by the applicant in writing within thirty (30) days after the mailing of the examination results to an unsuccessful applicant, the Board will provide the unsuccessful exam applicant, at a cost of $15, copies of all essay questions from the exam, the corresponding answers submitted by that unsuccessful applicant, and high scoring representative applicant answers to all questions.

Requests for copies pursuant to any of the above categories must be made on the appropriate form and accompanied by the appropriate fee, payable by personal check, cashier’s check, treasurer’s check, or money order. Requests not submitted on the appropriate form or without the appropriate fee payment will be returned to the applicant.
