CONCURRENT EXAM APPLICATIONS
Maine will accept concurrent applications from examinees sitting for the UBE in another jurisdiction. Applicants must still apply as if taking the Maine bar exam, but do not have to sit in Maine if sitting for an exam in another UBE jurisdiction (for the same exam administration). In order to apply concurrently with another UBE jurisdiction, please complete a Bar Exam application, below.

A. PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS

  1. If you are a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law, click here first.

  15. Testing Accommodations Application.   *Testing Accommodations Applications must be received by mail at our new address listed below and are due no later than 5pm on May 20, 2025 for the July 2025 exam. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.*  

*In accordance with Maine Bar Admissions Rule 6(a), applicants shall make payments by debit card, credit card, personal check, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order payable to the Board of Bar Examiners.*  

*Applicants will be charged a convenience fee of 3% for any payment made by debit card or credit card.*
